As all the products that we sell are of a technical nature it is not practical to publish a detailed specification of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48hours. Any damaged goods should not be accepted on delivery otherwise you the customer must return the product at your own cost, the damaged product should still be noted on the consignment note.

Goods Signed for:

Any goods signed for are deemed as being accepted in good condition, we cannot accept any responsibility for damaged goods once the items have been accepted and signed for

Shortages:

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.

In-Correct Goods:

It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 24 Hours from delivery. All goods must be checked and notified on the delivery note, if you accept delivery of the products and In correct goods have been supplied, it is the customers responsibility to return the goods. We advise any incorrect goods are not accepted on delivery otherwise you the customer must return the product at your own cost

Shipping And Handling Delivery Charges

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated, which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Delivery Schedule Delivery Time

Delivery Time takes 7 - 14 working days on receipt of payment unless stated otherwise, this delivery time is only a approximation, we advise all customers to not book plumbers or fitters before they receive the goods

Delivery

The charge made for delivery with your order is for a single delivery only, we do not part deliver orders.

All couriered deliveries must be internally inspected, if there is any damage it must be refused for the courier to return to us. Failure to do this may incure the customer with additional costs.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy
Refund Policy

Claims for refunds on damaged goods must be notified within 48hours. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, or the product is unsuitable. We are happy to refund or replace your purchase. The only request we make is that the product is returned as new, in the original packaging and fit for transportation. On return of the product, you will receive a full refund less carriage costs and a 25% restocking charge (the cost of processing, inspecting, re-packaging and returning the item to stock). It is the customer's responsibility to return the product, once the delivery has been signed for. Any orders cancelled before receipt of the goods will also incur a 25% restocking charge.
